This course provides an introduction to social protection, covering different issues including the human right to social security, the need for social protection over the life cycle (such as maternity, raising children, sickness, unemployment and disability benefits, old-age pensions as well as social health protection), the process of building universal social protection systems and addressing global challenges.

This online training program developed by PACT in collaboration with the American Hotel and Lodging Association and Marriott International discusses the intersections between human trafficking and the hotel industry. PACT also offers free tools and resources that can be used in conjunction with the training to help companies combat trafficking and inform clients and suppliers of their commitment to child protection.
